About the first day for outdoor running this year
很久不更新，写点随笔...
这可算是到了可以在室外跑步的季节了呢
别足了劲儿出门跑了几圈
也算是踏了个青吧
享受
新鲜空气和鸟语花香
。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
长跑一直是我最喜欢的运动
虽然在这方面
我也许永远都是一个孤独的跑者
而且这其中的枯燥和窒息感
我只希望独自去承受
